If you are dealing with such a kid, scolding him is not a solution. We need to adopt some measure that can not only control your hyperactive kid but their disorder, as well. 1Deep Breathing Practice

To practice deep breathing is a very good exercise when you are treating a hyperactive child. This exercise not only helps in controlling hyperactivity, but it also provides inner peace to the practitioner.

Make your child practice it on daily basis, especially when he is feeling nervous or stressed. Tell him that he has to inhale through the nose and exhale through his mouth. This is a good practice not only for children but also for adults.

2Take Your Child For A Walk

To control hyperactivity in the child, you should take him on a walk. Let him roam or run in the park under your supervision.

The baby’s bedroom is the most important room. The room has to be very well organized. Use plastic boxes to store all the toys that are usually scattered everywhere. Shoot the shutters to let the natural light get into the room as much as possible. Do not hang too many posters or paintings on the walls. Shaves the baby’s bedroom in soothing colors (light green, blue), not in bright, primary colors.

6Importance of Schedule

When you are dealing with a hyperactive child, it is better to have a schedule for him. To keep his hyperactivity under control, For hyperactive children, a “military” routine fits best. Being parents, you must fix his timings; his waking up time, bedtime, meals, homework, and the time he spends with electronic gadgets or the internet. It is going to be really good if every scheduled thing happens around the same time every day.

7Diet Control

In often cases, hyperactive children love to have sweets and snacks. Therefore, as a parent, you should control your child’s diet. Try to reduce his sugar consumption. The best thing is – you must start his day with a consistent breakfast containing protein, fat, and carbohydrates.

An egg sandwich, a slice of bread with butter and some fresh fruits are very good choices.

In addition, cereals are also good, but as they contain sugar, so it’s good to limit their consumption. You must avoid fruit juices in the morning because juices contain a good amount of sugar. When dealing with a hyperactive kid, always encourage him to drink more water to avoid dehydration.
